Super Fast Progression for Athletic Performance
I often see Redbull videos on Instagram of their athletes doing something that requires a great deal of agility. I'm thinking of those where the person is doing something that requires great balance and agility while they are having tennis balls thrown to or at them. With that thought I then wondered how fast I could bring someone along from not being able to do it to performing as if in a Redbull video.
