Creating Faster, More Agile Athletes
The goal with most Performance Lab sessions is for the participant come out of it with better agility, more power and better reaction time. Treatments create all 3 inherently in the body. The following 3 videos illustrate this change created in the body during the sessions allowing for the increase in performance and the decrease risk for injury.
The first video is an athlete who played for the Western Washington University women's basketball team. The second video is a professional cross country mountain bike racer who on this day I put through a load of testing including a 60 minute effort with 20 minutes being at full effort to establish a power reading before doing his final agility test seen on the right side of the video. Finally, the third video is of professional CrossFit athlete who competed in the 2018 CrossFit Games.
